Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. To use this website, you must fully accept these terms and conditions and you agree to use this website according to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

・We don't accept cancellations once the order has been placed. Please double check your shopping cart before checking out.

Return & Exchange Policy

・We do not accept returns & exchanges of products due to customer convenience.

Because you choose your own size, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if the size does not fit.

・We accept returns & exchanges when there are flaws at the time of the delivery only. We pay close attention to our products. However, if you notice any flaws, please contact us via "CONTACT" in the navigation within 5 days after the date of receiving(the day included), along with the pictures. As soon as we check the flaws, we will issue a full refund or send new item(s). However, since all our products are handmade, there might be some cases such as small variations that we don't see as flaws.

・If you return the product without notifying us, regardless of the reason for return, we will consider it as a return for your convenience and the product will be automatically cancelled. In such cases, we will not be able to contact you, refund your money, or cover the shipping costs. Be sure to contact us before sending the product.

・We are not responsible for the adhesive strength of the double-sided tapes (adhesive gummies) we sell. To maximize the adhesive strength of the double-sided tape, please follow the advice in this Shop Policies.

・We are not responsible for any loss of the product(s) for any reason. Please be careful not to drop or peel the product(s).

Damaged on Arrival

If something is wrong with an item you have purchased from us, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Please note that a item to be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” must be:


⚫︎broken or damaged ,
⚫︎unusable or not fit for purpose,
⚫︎not what was advertised or does not match the description.


Please also note that a item can not be considered as “Damaged on Arrival” if:


⚫︎it was damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse,
⚫︎you have changed your mind.
⚫︎you knew about the fault before you bought the item.

・If your item was received as “Damaged on Arrival”, please follow our RMA process within 5days after the day on which you receive your order(the dayincluded).

・After glue or adhesive tape is adhered to the nail tip(s)/press-on nail(s)/fake nail(s), and if the product is damaged after use, it will not be considered defective.


・If the merchandise is returned to us without notifying us, regardless of the reason for return, it will be considered a return for the customer's convenience and will be automatically cancelled in such cases, we will not be able to contact you, refund your money, or cover the shipping costs. Be sure to contact us before sending the product.

RMA Process

Please follow the below steps: Contact us via "CONTACT" in the navigation clearly stating the following:


⚫︎Your Order Number, Your Full Name and Delivery Address
⚫︎The pictures of products
⚫︎The reason for requesting a RMA

We will either accept or reject the return claim. Upon return approval, the return handling process will be coordinated by us.

General RMA Terms

After you have initiated a RMA and we authorized you to Return the item(s) and we have received your item(s), we will inspect the item(s). We will then immediately after inspecting the item(s) notify you on the status of the RMA. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the refund typically within 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company.

Postage for RMA

If your return has been authorized we will ask you to return the item at your cost along with a tracking number and to keep the delivery receipt.

Exchange for wrong products

・Please contact us via "CONTACT" in the navigation as soon as possible within 5 days (including the day of arrival) of receiving your order, stating the name and order number of the item(s) you ordered along with the pictures.

・If we are unable to provide the product due to out-of-stock or other reasons, we will refund the purchase price of the product.

Shipping policy

・We will ship within 3~5 business days after credit card payment or after confirming the customer's size.

・Since all our products are made to order, please allow us max of 5days to send out your order.

・If the item you have ordered is out of stock or part needed become unavailable, we will contact you and let you know the lead time on your purchase.


・If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 


・If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email/message.

Estimated Delivery Time

With standard shipping methods, it usually takes about 7days to 14days until arrival. (Estimated delivery time differs depending on where you live.) However, international shipping can be delayed especially during holiday seasons.

Lost Items

・We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If a parcel is lost , please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel. All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our courier. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the courier. Please note that we strive to provide you with outstanding customer service and in case your order is lost or damaged, please contact us via "CONTACT" in the navigation.

・If you choose unregistered mail as a shipping option, we will not be responsible for your order if it is lost. Please note that we will not issue a refund or offer new items. We recommend choosing registered shipping options in case of loss.

Shipping Delays

With the nature of International shipping, there can sometimes be delays, especially during holiday seasons, where huge delays might occur. Please note that we can't be responsible for shipping delays at any event and will not offer refunds.

Orders Returned to Us

If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.

About Customs and duty

Please be aware that a custom fee may be charged depending on your country regulations and it is your responsibility to pay the fee. In the event the order is returned because you failed to pay the custom fee, we will have to charge you for both the shipping cost of the return and the original cost of shipment.


Cautionary Note

・All of our products are handmade. For this reason, the product you receive may differ slightly from the photo on the website.The size and cutting style you choose may also make a little difference in the design.

・We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However, please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors from what is shown our website descriptions and images.


・When you warm Flexible press-on nails, please do not use microwave, oven, frying pan, etc. Do not put it on fire directly.


・When warming or deforming the tips, please bear in mind that the tips are handmade and should be handled with extreme care.


Changes of terms and conditions
Mina Khoo reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at our own discretion and without prior notice to you, and without liability to you or any other user. This right shall not affect the terms and conditions accepted by you upon making a booking reservation/an appointment and purchase our products using this website.


Special Offers
For as long as you remain signed up to email marketing, you will be eligible to receive special offers for products and services in Mina Khoo’s website. We reserve the right to determine these offers and change them at any time.


Change of Terms
We reserve the right to change any and all benefits of email promotions at our own discretion and without prior notice to you. We reserve the right to discontinue any part of our email promotions at our own discretion.
